Content Marketing and Design: A #CMWorld Chat with Joseph Kalinowski

jk_cmwDesign is an essential component to successful content marketing, but it can be so tough. Of course, you need to find a designer you love and trust, but even then you need to find the best way to work with this person.

At CMI, we are lucky to work with Joseph Kalinowski who is not only one of our most fun employees, but he is super creative as well (just check out these posters from CMW that he created). He joined us for our most recent Twitter chat in which we talked about how to best work with your designer.

Q1: What are some things you wish content marketing writers knew about design? What are some pet peeves? #CMWorld

A1: Design doesn’t always have to be analytical. Design is subjective by nature. Great design evokes emotion, not just analytics. #CMWorld

@ringo66

@CMIContent A1. Good marketing uses perfect image sizes. If the images don’t fit, resize or swap them. Messy is unprofessional. #CMWorld

@outsider_nyc

@outsider_nyc Great point! How do you handle this with so many channels, sizes, etc? #CMWorld

@CMIContent

@CMIContent A1. The images don’t have to be literal. Get creative and inspire people to make connections. #CMWorld

@outsider_nyc

@outsider_nyc @CMIContent Very true… one must be pretty precise when going across platforms that image quality is optimal. #CMWorld

@ringo66

A1 speaking from experience I would say “know your limits” I’ve learned to outsource my design #cmworld

@tracibrowne

A1: Note to people who need things don’t by designers, stop starting requests with “Can you just…” #cmworld

@jesephm

Design is used to draw on creative side of things to increase engagement that comes with content marketing. #CMWorld

@ThinkMoncur

A1) Go for eye catching but not gaudy. Gifs are fun but please don’t shock me with lime green flashing stuff in your blog post…. #cmworld

@bldchris

A1: Good designers are open to ideas from writers, but writers need to have the confidence to share. #CMWorld

@mikemyers614

A1. Images are just as critical as resourceful content; pet peeves include lack of relevant images, or ill-fitting images #CMWorld

@ClearVoice

@CMIContent Find optimal image sizes onlineβ€”guides are everywhere. Resize in Photoshop or online sites. It’s just good practice. #CMWorld

@outsider_nyc

A1. not everything has to be a #longread. in fact, #shortreads are preferable most of the time + make graphics/embeds necessary. #cmworld

@ohrohin

@outsider_nyc Hey, welcome!! I’m in CT. I’d love to chat with you. #CMWorld

@MrChrisMEdwards

@outsider_nyc Don’t you feel nowadays that images that are candid/real and not so professional evoke more emotion/action? #CMWorld

@cmcphillips

Great cheat sheets everywhere! #CMWorld

@ringo66

A1b) I like white space. Give me snack-sized paragraphs and breathing room. #cmworld

@bldchris

@mikemyers614 when I share my ideas I get very polite eye rolls πŸ˜‰ and they are well deserved #cmworld

@tracibrowne

@bldchris Yes, too much going on is more of an eye-sore than eye-catching. #CMWorld

@ThinkSEM

@bldchris Agreed! Pages that are cluttered or have unattractive color schemes make me quickly click away and find someone else #CMWorld

@atxcopywriter

A1: design and writing come hand in hand! it doesn’t stop at high quality written content #cmworld

@CrowdContent

@tracibrowne Well, at least they are polite. πŸ™‚ #CMWorld

@mikemyers614

A1: Content writers and designers should work together to tell a story, collaborate early in the process for best results #cmworld

@jesephm

@ohrohin Great point – even on our longer reads, visuals/embeds are necessary. Many of us are visual learners. #CMWorld

@CMIContent

@outsider_nyc But of course! #CMWorld

@cmcphillips

I find more writers realize that slapping a few stock stock photos on something is so 2010. #CMWorld

@tsledzik

@CMIContent Every design element must have a function. It’s great to have a nice looking site, but it also needs to convert. #CMWorld

@ThinkSEM

Provide direction for ur designer. They can’t read ur mind. Work tgther to come up w/ a creative concept tht can be backed content.#CMWorld

@kelcesarz

@jesephm Collaboration b/w copy writers and designers is everything. It helps get more (& better) ideas & cohesiveness in a post. #CMWorld

@outsider_nyc

@CMIContent i love breaking up longer reads into serialized installments–paces the content without overhwelming readers. #cmworld

@ohrohin

Hey all, popping in to #cmworld chat today. Looks like a great discussion re: Content & Design

@gShiftLabs

A1: Writers need to share ideas early and often with designers. Start from the idea point and work upwards. #CMWorld

@ringo66

Q2: What are some great examples of design from brands for content marketing? #CMWorld

@ohrohin I don’t know about “most of the time” some sites/audiences respond better to longreads #CMWorld

@atxcopywriter

@jesephm Love this! Collaborations work well in this space. #CMWorld

@ThinkSEM

Happy Tuesday everyone! #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

Yep! MT @jesephm A1: Content writers, designers should work together to tell a story, collaborate early for best results #cmworld

@mikemyers614

@kelcesarz Agree – but not so much direction they are pigeon-holed to create something that won’t work best for your brand. #CMWorld

@cmcphillips

@ohrohin @CMIContent Always something we stressβ€”line breaks. So easy, so important. #CMWorld

@outsider_nyc

@ohrohin

@outsider_nyc

@ringo66 @WarbyParker Now I want to buy new frames after visiting WP. Great site. #CMWorld

@CMIContent a3: 1. how to find photos that tell a story or draw the eye. 2. how to resize photos for diff platforms. #cmworld

@heykarri

@CMIContent @ringo66 @WarbyParker Agreed. Simple design that highlights their products well. #CMWorld

@ThinkSEM

A3: Design takes time. Sometimes artists have that lightbulb moment & bang something out quick, but that’s not normally the case. #CMWorld

@ringo66

A3: You need to understand the differences in platform. Not every design is right for every application. #cmworld

@jesephm

@jesephm @Burberry produces such great content for many platforms. Burberry Kisses is another fave – http://kisses.burberry.com/ #cmworld

What I learned From Kevin Spacey – A #blog post from @nikimae: http://www.maxwellpr.com/what-i-learned-from-kevin-spacey #CMWorld

@MaxwellPR

@ringo66 Yes. Just because your first idea is okay, doesn’t mean you should use it. Don’t settle for boring. Get to the great. #CMWorld

@outsider_nyc

A3) Consistency of style. Use familiar typography and general formatting. #cmworld

@bldchris

A3 – Golden ratio, rule of thirds, natural path of the eye, and use of white space are essentials. #cmworld

@gShiftLabs

A3: #contentmarketing designs must be accessible, easy to understand or the whole thing falls apart #CMWorld

@mikemyers614

A2: While not specifically brand-oriented, this video about bitcoin is gr8 content/design combo: http://qub.me/npMNWW #cmworld

@PhilDonaldsonNJ

A3: Design is always evolving. Something may be innovative one day, and out of date the next. #CMworld

@ThinkMoncur

A3: Respect & Love FONTS and all they can do for you. Various weights & sizes can make a big impact. #cmworld

@mewzikgirl

The @HazWasteExperts blog! #Niche topic, but we work hard to make both it interesting & visually appeasing. #CMWorld

@jessmhope

MT @ringo66 Design takes time. Sometimes artists have that lightbulb moment & bang something out quick, but not normally the case. #cmworld

@heykarri

@vegecomgirl wow, time to spend some time looking through their stuff, thanks! @Burberry #cmworld

@jesephm

@mewzikgirl Yes! Don’t suck the fun out of creative! #CMWorld

@cmcphillips

A3. content needs to work in a responsive environment. it also needs to be easily shareable. #cmworld

@ohrohin

A3. Don’t hop on trends without understanding the impact. How to disseminate content to both audiences AND devices #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

@ringo66 Ha! “But you did that last one in like 5 minutes. Can’t you just do that again?” #CMWorld

@mikemyers614

@CMIContent A3: The importance of the aforementioned white space and avoid clutter are the top things that come to mind #cmworld

@atxcopywriter

@mewzikgirl Absolutely. Sometimes typography carries just as much (or more) impact as images or graphic elements. #cmworld

@gShiftLabs

A3. sidebar: i love @medium’s ability to let you share passages from essays directly on twitter. #cmworld

@ohrohin

@joshmccormack Your pookie’s starting NOW! #CMWorld Twitter Chat with @ringo66! We’re talking about design & #contentmktg.

@YourPookieBot

Hi #cmworld

@joshmccormack

A3@CMIContent I teach Marketing Students design and mostly stick to creating hierarchy in all it forms (size, color, spacing). #cmworld

@tsledzik

A3: if you can’t avoid stock photos, proceed with caution and use them responsibly. #cmworld

@mewzikgirl

@jessmhope Really! Love that – will most definitely check it out. #CMWorld

@CMIContent

@CMIContent Ooh! Also how to figure out what photos you can legally use #CMWorld

@atxcopywriter

@joshmccormack Hi Josh! #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

@joshmccormack Hey there Josh! πŸ™‚ #cmworld

@nmillerbooks

a3 I would think you’d want a design built to last over “innovative”, who wants to keep changing their look every couple years? #cmworld

@tracibrowne

A3. Keep it simple, clean and formatted correctly! Use images that coincide w/ your brand & w/ your written content. #CMWorld

@ClearVoice

@mewzikgirl Say more about that? #cmworld

@lindadessau

A3: The evolution of a project is incredibly important. Can’t be so hardline with an idea. Keep an open mind! #CMWorld

@ringo66

@CMIContent A3. Always be consistent with your branding. People should be able to recognize your content as yours immediately. #CMWorld

@outsider_nyc

A3: Sometimes the simpler is better. Don’t overthink design. #CMWorld

@kelcesarz

Here are some great #design tools to enhance your #content http://ow.ly/CKfKI #CMWorld

@Yaelkochman

@lindadessau about stock photos, Linda? #cmworld

@mewzikgirl

A3: Respect white space – keep design clean and avoid clutter #CMworld

@KDADouglas

@Yaelkochman Hi Yael! Great to see a fellow @SteamFeedcom author here πŸ™‚ #cmworld

@lindadessau

A3. Please make use of creative briefs to help your designers get an idea of WHAT you want and why? Then follow up #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

There is a world of difference between “decoration” and “design”. Decorating bad content won’t make it good. #cmworld

@heykarri

@heykarri Thanks for the love, Karri! That means the world to us. #cmworld

@SproutSocial

Hello #CMWorld. Better late than never. Looks like you folks are rocking’ already!

@DaveWebb

@KDADouglas Yes! We see a theme with this one! #CMWorld

@CMIContent

@ringo66 So important. And this goes for any kind of creation, not just visual design. #cmworld

@gShiftLabs

A3: Agreed, @ClearVoice. πŸ™‚ KISCF. πŸ™‚ #cmworld

@SteffiKowalski

Hey all, popping in for a little bit here. #cmworld

@DomGarrett

@mewzikgirl Yes, how to use stock photos well (if you MUST, as you say…) #cmworld

@lindadessau

@DomGarrett Hey Dom! #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

@DaveWebb Thanks for being here, Dave! Yes, already off to a rousing start! #CMWorld

@CMIContent

Q3: Design in the context of the content, within brand guidelines. #CMWorld

@PhilDonaldsonNJ

Q4: What are some ways that content marketers can best work with their designer(s)? #CMWorld

A3b) Common sense is key… but rules were meant to be broken, too. (Do it… we dare you!). #cmworld

@bldchris

@gShiftLabs Very, very true. #CMWorld

@ringo66

@heykarri so you’re saying don’t paste on a bunch of explosion bubbles all over your sales piece πŸ˜‰ #cmworld

@tracibrowne

A4) Oh, please do tell. I don’t have a designer…. πŸ™‚ One day, perhaps… #cmworld

@bldchris

A4. Creative briefs, mock-ups/examples and follow ups. You can create mock-ups with @Canva or similar #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

@DomGarrett Hi Dom, thanks for being here! #CMWorld

@CMIContent

@CMIContent must consider platform, device and audience. Cannot stress this enough. #CMWorld

@cliftonchestnut

@lindadessau 1/2 Not always easy (& I am not a designer). But sometimes choosing a less obvious photo can help. #cmworld

@mewzikgirl

@cliftonchestnut Most definitely! #CMWorld

@CMIContent

Currently working on my first real #infographic project, any #design tips? #CMWorld

@Yaelkochman

A4: Include designers early and make sure they understand the vision. Better yet, ask them to add to it. #CMWorld

@mikemyers614

It might even make it worse, @CMIContent. “Decoration” vs “Design” by @heykarri. #cmworld

@SteffiKowalski

A4. rather than dictating graphical elements, brief them on the nature of the content and ask for their input. #theyknowbest #cmworld

@ohrohin

@lindadessau 2/2 for instance, one of our markets is long-term care. We can’t always show a grandfather next to a nurse/caretaker. #cmworld

@mewzikgirl

A4 Communication — and if you have samples of what you like, that can give your designers a place to start πŸ™‚ #cmworld

@nmillerbooks

@Yaelkochman Collect your data and map it first. #CMWorld

@cmcphillips

A3: just ask: does it catch my eye? #cmworld also- consistency w/ branding

@CrowdContent

A4: Communication is key to a successful team! Always share ideas early with your designer. Provide examples of design you like. #CMWorld

@ringo66

@Yaelkochman wireframe/storyboard it! you want to have a CLEAR idea of all data/messaging you want included before you dig in #cmworld

@jesephm

A4: Give the designer a sense of the content before asking for a visual concept. Collaborate toward mutually beneficial results. #CMWorld

@PhilDonaldsonNJ

A4 – Clearly define the ‘takeaway’ from the piece of content in question, & define it early. Visuals should reinforce. #cmworld

@gShiftLabs

@ohrohin Yes! Allow them to use THEIR skills in line with your vision. #cmworld

@bldchris

A4. I work with designers like I work with developers. You have to speak their language and “translate” to others. #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

@SteffiKowalski @heykarri “Decoration” sounds awful! #CMWorld

@cmcphillips

@mewzikgirl I see what you mean. I try to search stock photo sites for emotions rather than ideas, when I can. #cmworld

@lindadessau

A4. Get everyone on the same page with the same vision and expectation. TO do that, you got to bring all together #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

A4: Strategize a plan together. Include each other in what direction you want to take the content. You both have the same end goal. #CMWorld

@ThinkMoncur

Here’s a good article on marketing & design: 3 Reasons Your #Marketing Needs A Better #Design Focus http://bit.ly/1rj3JCK #CMWorld

@DaveWebb

A4: Invest in the best talent – designers that understand messaging & goals, not just making something beautiful. #cmworld

@mewzikgirl

A4: Agreed, @vegecomgirl And you talk in a language via @canva designers understand after all. πŸ™‚ #cmworld

@SteffiKowalski

A3c) Just a thought… don’t make your design SO good that your words/thoughts are lost. Function is important. #cmworld

@bldchris

@lindadessau Yes! We are trying that too. Not always successfully, but trying to constantly improve. πŸ™‚ #cmworld

@mewzikgirl

@cmcphillips @SteffiKowalski you definitely know it when you see it. And it is awful πŸ˜› #cmworld

@heykarri

@SteffiKowalski @vegecomgirl Like the idea of doing a mock up in @canva – may have to try that! #cmworld

@lindadessau

@CMIContent A4: Show them what their work means to users & how people react. Sometimes it’s just a matter of education/information #CMworld

@akatrinas

@SteffiKowalski @canva Yes! It can fill gaps. #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

@lindadessau @mewzikgirl There’s been some posts about the images you see everywhere http://www.marketingprofs.com/pics/2011/5542/top-12-overused-stock-photos-slide-show #CMWorld

@atxcopywriter

A4: Provide enough direction so the designer isn’t guessing but let them do what they do best. Empowerment > Control #cmworld

@jesephm

A4: Share multiple ideas!! #CMWorld

@ringo66

Totally, @heykarri. πŸ™‚ @cmcphillips #cmworld

@SteffiKowalski

A4 – Love writers that sketch (or even attempt to). Give me a jump-off point. #CMWorld

@tsledzik

A4: Don’t assume designers know how you’ll use piece, repurpose, etc. Plan ahead and create to last beyond first publishing. #CMWorld

@cmcphillips

A4: Make sure you have an idea of what YOU want the final product to look like so you can clearly communicate w/ designer #cmworld

@CrowdContent

@lindadessau @SteffiKowalski I do that quite a bit between @canva, PhotoShop, Dreamweaver, etc. Visuals, wireframes and more #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

If you have to use stock, do this > MT @lindadessau @mewzikgirl I try to search stock photo sites for emotions rather than ideas. #cmworld

@mikemyers614

@CMIContent A4. If possible, communicate in person, brainstorm ideas/thoughts about a post/design. Face to face helps. #CMWorld

@outsider_nyc

Q4: Consider layout of creative when you’re crafting copy e.g. if there is only space for 5 words in a headline don’t cram 10 #CMWorld

@KDADouglas

@akatrinas @CMIContent Totally agree with this. My designers care about metrics and how our content performs! #cmworld

@mewzikgirl

Another good one from @Canva: 4 Ways to Use Images as a Background in your #Design http://bit.ly/1s2AhVi #CMWorld

@DaveWebb

A4: Also, be aware that sometimes ideas that for one project may not work for all projects. #CMWorld

@ringo66

@lindadessau @SteffiKowalski @canva It really helps to give greater context for both designers and developers #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

You’ll do that after a succesfull project, @akatrinas? That’s a great way to give feedback & motivate designers. @CMIContent #cmworld

@SteffiKowalski

I feel like I’m totally geeking out over this subject lol #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

A4: Brainstorm the whole process with them. Content and design complement each other, they are not competitors. #CMWorld

@kelcesarz

Q5: As a designer, when do you like to be brought into the process? #CMWorld

What are your favorite #visualcontent tools? #CMWorld

@Yaelkochman

@ringo66 And suck up to your designers when they do amazing work. Be appreciative of the talent you wish you had a fraction of! #CMWorld

@cmcphillips

@mewzikgirl @lindadessau But what if you switch it up and make it a grandmother next to a caretaker #sarcasmfont #CMWorld

@atxcopywriter

A4 Working with designer – give examples, goals, timeline and then ask for ideas #cmworld

@RtMixMktg

A4: Communication is vital throughout entire process. Q’s need to come from both sides. Don’t just assign and wait #cmworld

@jesephm

My Weapon of Choice is PhotoShop, DreamWeaver, @vegecomgirl. But I do like the the way @canva works. @lindadessau #cmworld

@SteffiKowalski

A4: And make sure designers understand your audience, how they feel, what they want, how they think (as much as possible). #CMWorld

@mikemyers614

A5. As early as possible, especially if the brunt of the work will be on the designer #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

@Yaelkochman Q8 touches on this! πŸ™‚ #CMWorld

@CMIContent

A5: In earliest stages. When the staff is kicking around the idea. Chatting visual strategy w/everyone involved helps set goals. #CMWorld

@ringo66

@mikemyers614 Absolutely. Designers need to be in great sync with the brand, otherwise things will not be well branded. #CMWorld

@outsider_nyc

But that’s the best part, @vegecomgirl πŸ˜€ #cmworld #loveit #geekingout

@SteffiKowalski

.@cmcphillips Roger this. A huge part of design is understanding how things will be seen/used. #CMWorld

@tsledzik

A5. If you need help envisioning a concept, bring the designer in for brainstorming. Create together: framework & prototype #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

@vegecomgirl Looks great on you πŸ™‚ #cmworld

@lindadessau

A5: Designers have to be there day one. And every meeting, every change thereafter. #CMWorld

@mikemyers614

A3) Learn about copyright, CC, public domain, & fair use. Learn about stock photo/images, etc. Learn to create your own. #CMWorld

@kmullett

@kelcesarz it’s frustrating to watch departments compete. If not all working towards the same goal there are bigger problems #cmworld

@jesephm

@lindadessau lol thanks. I worked with a designer recently thru http://Fiverr.com for a personal project. So much fun! #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

One more good article on the topic: How to get Better #Marketing Results with Beautiful #Design http://bit.ly/1pyWKF1 #CMWorld

@DaveWebb

Hi @Yaelkochman I really like @Canva #CMWorld

@KDADouglas

@SteffiKowalski It is! #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

A5. “never” – a smart-alecky art director, somewhere #cmworld

@ohrohin

A5 – From a designer perspective, need to know from the get-go what the point is otherwise design risks becoming an afterthought. #cmworld

@gShiftLabs

.@vergecomgirl… “frameworks” are awesome! Lets design and content operate independently, but have shared expectations. Yay! #cmworld

@heykarri

@jesephm Exactly! We’re all in this together. #CMWorld

@kelcesarz

@kmullett All great and critical ideas! #CMWorld

@CMIContent

A5 The designer is the visionary on the project. Let them help you see where you want to go. #CMWorld

@mikemyers614

@DaveWebb looks like a nice resource, thanks #cmworld

@jesephm

@mewzikgirl Agreed. So many firms silo design, which gums up the process. Creates a distorted (negative) view of marketing/design. #CMWorld

@PhilDonaldsonNJ

@KDADouglas Also consider mobile, I re-wrote a quiz once cause we realized last minute the questions were too long ona phone #CMworld

@atxcopywriter

@gShiftLabs So true, especially when time-sensitive! That’s something marketers need to understand…timing, project planning! #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

A5 Bring your designer in as early as possible – they see things in a unique way that may shape the whole project πŸ™‚ #cmworld

@nmillerbooks

So very true @gShiftLabs. Sometimes design can be an afterthought and that is scary and a road to problems. #CMWorld

@ringo66

Thank you for sharing, @DaveWebb. Good Marketing / Design stuff. πŸ˜‰ #cmworld

@SteffiKowalski

A5. Our designer likes to be brought in after the content is completed; when the writer has a clear view as to what to dictate #CMWorld

@ClearVoice

Definitely @atxcopywriter good point, that is so often overlooked #CMWorld

@KDADouglas

I’ll add to be careful of having too many cooks in the kitchen esp. with design! Have 1-2 point people to work w/ designer or team #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

@ClearVoice raises a good point, not all designers have the same workflow #cmworld

@jesephm

A5: Agreed, @nmillerbooks. Teamwork & Brainstorming together. That’s where the magic happens. πŸ™‚ #cmworld

@SteffiKowalski

@ClearVoice Interesting point – the designer might have a preference about when they enter the scenario. #cmworld

@bldchris

“Design by committee” can bring the whole project to a grinding halt. #CMWorld #ugh

@ringo66

@ringo66 @gShiftLabs I’d rather hear “thanks, catch me when idea is a little more developed” than “why am I just hearing this?” #CMWorld

@cmcphillips

A5. “content” is not just text. content = video, infographics, widgets, anything w/ a UX component. be a team player + transparent #cmworld

@ohrohin

@vegecomgirl Very good point! #CMWorld

@DaveWebb

A5 – Too often we talk about what to focus on ‘first’, as if you MUST pick 1 thing. Success is about collaboration from the start. #cmworld

@gShiftLabs

A4. Remeber the the goal as designers is to make a lot of information look effortless – the content is the skeleton of the design #CMWorld

@ClearVoice

@bldchris @ClearVoice Some do work differently, but I think it’s good they have at least a head’s up sooner rather than later #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

@DaveWebb Thank you πŸ™‚ #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

A5: Our designer is the CI police… It has to be said that their job allows yes to be consistent in our visual brand identity #CMWorld

@MaelRoth

I know this to be true even w/o an actual designer! MT @ringo66 “Design by committee” can bring the whole project to a halt… #cmworld

@bldchris

@CMIContent @kmullett Re: “Learn to create your own” – easier said than done πŸ™ #CMWorld

@atxcopywriter

Q6: Most designers are creative & do not love spreadsheets or other scheduling devices. What is the best way manage the process? #cmworld

Never heard of that one @Yaelkochman I must take a look πŸ™‚ #CMWorld

@KDADouglas

A5: We try to keep our creative team in the loop at all times! Their ideas can lead to new content for us to produce as well. #CMWorld

@ThinkMoncur

@bldchris @ringo66 It’s too true in so many different areas #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

A5. + that goes to the larger point of knowing how to brief your teams on what you need. & being patient. #cmworld

@ohrohin

A6: Setting dates/expectations/goals early in the process! #CMWorld

@ringo66

@CMIContent @ringo66 oof. #designbycommittee is content kryptonite #cmworld

@ohrohin

A6: Get a decent project manager, or at least someone to play the role/own the overall timeline & expectations. #cmworld

@mewzikgirl

A4. Remeber the goal as designers is to make a lot of information look effortless – the content is the skeleton of the design #CMWorld

@ClearVoice

@ringo66 Nothing waters down a good idea faster than that. It becomes a breeding ground for the mediocre. #cmworld

@gShiftLabs

A6: Nail on head too, not a huge fan of spreadsheets, but projects live & die by what’s written in my moleskin notebook. #oldschool #CMWorld

@ringo66

Didn’t know I’d back into some designer love here today (that’s me!). Hope this isn’t lip service marketers! #CMWorld

@tsledzik

@DaveWebb @CMIContent @kmullett Even so I find I often spend longer finding/tweaking an image for a blog post than writing. #CMWorld

@atxcopywriter

A6 Test out collaborative tools like Evernote, Hackpad, Google Docs and see what sticks! πŸ™‚ #cmworld

@nmillerbooks

A6) Use a dead simple collaboration process so as not to add layers of complexity for the designer or team. Trello and the like? #cmworld

@bldchris

A6. One way that has worked for me is for me to manage the calendar for my design projects and set expectations in creative briefs #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

A6. Give me a due date and I’ll talk to you then. #CMWorld

@JoshStAubin

@SteffiKowalski Tell me the dates you need and I’ll write it down! ; ) #CMWorld #oldschool

@ringo66

A6: my design friends have said good things about Basecamp and AtTask, too. #cmworld

@mewzikgirl

A5: Allow designers to share the vision, contribute, & hone it, but not to the point of deviation from goal or resources. #cmworld

@kmullett

A6. I also work with the designer when I should check in. #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

A6: We use Basecamp. It allows you to check off tasks that have been completed and keep constant dialogue going between the teams. #CMWorld

@kelcesarz

@JoshStAubin Hahaha I’m the same way πŸ™‚ #cmworld

@nmillerbooks

A6 shouldn’t the design firm adapt to the way their client wants to work? #cmworld

@tracibrowne

At @qcmny we live and die (really only live) with @slack + @asana for project management, collaboration and communication #cmworld

@jesephm

@tsledzik I think it’s a matter of, like all things, strategy and process. Build a plan and procedures w/desiger. #CMWorld

@cmcphillips

@CMIContent @ringo66 love my moleskine as well, live out of it. One small one for daily tasks and one for brainstorming and notes. #cmworld

@nickcicero

A6. I like to let the designer work with a set expectation. If they don’t meet it or are close to not meeting then we talk. #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

A6. Get those things out of the way early before the work begins! #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

@KDADouglas Here are a few of my favs (@Canva included): http://ow.ly/CKfKI #CMWorld

@Yaelkochman

@ringo66 @SteffiKowalski It’s hard for the “planners” of our editorial & marketing team, but it works! #CMWorld

@CMIContent

@lindadessau Doable β‰  easy #CMWorld

@atxcopywriter

@tracibrowne I’d say yes… but also a smart client keeps the skids greased and doesn’t add time and cost if there’s trust? #cmworld

@bldchris

Wait! Has there been a @JoshStAubin sighting? #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

@CMIContent @ringo66 I’ll bet the moles are cheering for spreadsheets #CMWorld

@mark_burdon

@CMIContent A6 We use a lot of Google docs. Easy to see and share work without feeling like a spreadsheet can be just numbers #CMworld

@akatrinas

A6. empower a PM to manage the process and empower the designers with deadlines/reference materials. the PM will work w/ designer #cmworld

@ohrohin

A6: As long as designers have (realistic) dates, everything will be fine. If they don’t like spreadsheets, don’t give them one. #cmworld

@mikemyers614

@bldchris People like to add a lot of fluff – I just want to cut to the chase. What is it and when do you need it. #CMWorld

@JoshStAubin

@tracibrowne It all goes back to that whole collaboration thing. I think both sides need to work together and adjust. #CMWorld

@ringo66

@nmillerbooks Keep it simple, right? #CMWorld

@JoshStAubin

@atxcopywriter Indeed #cmworld

@lindadessau

@lindadessau there is no company in the world who is going to install 5 different project management tools to accommodate vendors #cmworld

@tracibrowne

@JoshStAubin I’m not a designer but that’s how I work, too. Simplicity above all. Less time on spreadsheets and more time working #cmworld

@bldchris

@ohrohin Yes! And it doesn’t have to be super formal either. #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

That’s how I like to work, too. Some people hate the paper, @ringo66. #oldschool #newschool doesn’t matter as long you deliver. πŸ™‚ #cmworld

@SteffiKowalski

A6: Content Opportunity Report first (agreed value & effort, budget), Editorial calendar with backdates second. #CMWorld

@kmullett

@tracibrowne Some designers may be in-house, where you need structure, a process. #cmworld

@mikemyers614

@SCorrinBlog Hi Stacy there is a really interesting twitter chat right now about #content and #design I think you should jump in! #CMWorld

@Yaelkochman

@JoshStAubin Right! πŸ™‚ And deadlines are more motivating than anything else πŸ™‚ #cmworld

@nmillerbooks

@vegecomgirl Hi Carmella!!! Can you believe it? #CMWorld

@JoshStAubin

@kelcesarz basecamp is great indeed for project coordination! #CMWorld

@MaelRoth

A6. designers don’t expect you to design; so don’t besiege them with SOWs and spreadsheets. it’s not their purview #cmworld

@ohrohin

@JoshStAubin Hey Josh!! I thought something was wrong with my eyes for a moment! How are you? #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

@SteffiKowalski ALWAYS. Right @CMIcontent? #CMWorld ; )

@ringo66

A4: Include designers early and make sure they understand the vision. Better yet, ask them to add to it. #CMWorld

@EmmalynSmall

A4: Include designers early and make sure they understand the vision. Better yet, ask them to add to it. #CMWorld

@Clarisse_Hobbs

@akatrinas @CMIContent we use Google Docs a lot as well. #CMWorld

@kmullett

@ringo66 I can see accommodating processes to a point…but not the tools you use to manage your projects #cmworld

@tracibrowne

Q7: How do you balance brand consistency with original design (i.e. you don’t want all pieces to look the same)? #CMWorld

Q6: Create processes ‘with’ them don’t just tell them what spreadsheets will be used and processes followed involve them #CMWorld

@KDADouglas

@CMIContent Γ  propos Design, hate to say it but these photos with the irange filters lately… I find them quite ugly ^^ #CMWorld

@MaelRoth

Good morning #CMworld — had a lot to catch up on this morning after being at Dreamforce yesterday πŸ™‚

@SFerika

@nmillerbooks @JoshStAubin Deadlines someone else can hold you to especially #CMWorld

@atxcopywriter

@jesephm Thanks for those resources! how many ppl on your team work off of those tools? #cmworld

@CrowdContent

@CrowdContent I’m easy like that πŸ˜‰ #CMWorld

@JoshStAubin

@MaelRoth On our blog? cc: @ringo66 #CMWorld

@CMIContent

A7) I’m awful at this. School me, smart kids! #cmworld

@bldchris

A7: Placing original design in between templated pieces. The mixture of the 2 promotes creativity & consistency at the same time. #CMWorld

@ringo66

@mikemyers614 if in-house yes, but if a vendor, they are going to have to bend #cmworld

@tracibrowne

@SFerika Hi Erika! How was it? #cmworld

@lindadessau

No “I’m creative” excuse. Timing dictates design strategy. Don’t talk to me about an Infographic if it needs to ship in 2 days. #cmworld

@tsledzik

A6 our project management process includes google spreadsheets, @kapost, and @RedboothHQ #CMworld

@SFerika

A7 – Purpose, above all else. If each piece of content truly has a specific purpose then the design differences will be inherent. #cmworld

@gShiftLabs

Hi @Avishai_Bitton there is a really interesting twitter chat right now about #content and #design I think you should jump in! #CMWorld

@Yaelkochman

@atxcopywriter @CMIContent nothing worth doing is easy, and it is the gift that keeps on giving. Situational, of course. #CMWorld

@kmullett

A7: I think that original designs (each one is like piece of art) reaches more people but include some small consistent branding #cmworld

@RtMixMktg

@atxcopywriter @CMIContent @kmullett True, tho’ I’ve found blocking out time to gather good images helps. #CMWorld

@DaveWebb

@CrowdContent Simple answer: if you work with us, you use them. We respect differences but that’s not something we bend on haha. #cmworld

@jesephm

@MaelRoth @ringo66 Absolutely! We appreciate your honesty. #CMWorld

@CMIContent

A6. We manage design via Google spreadsheets, organized based on priority – it acts as a constant brain storm for visual content #CMWorld

@ClearVoice

@lindadessau So. Many. People! I always get great inspiration for event booths + promotion from it tho. #CMworld

@SFerika

A7: This is where #brand standards come into play. Need to have guard rails (you know what happens without them). #CMWorld

@mikemyers614

A7. Branded style guides and a portfolio are great especially when working with new designers #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

@bldchris I’ll create the docs for the clients, but the only date I need to know is when I need to be done. #CMWorld

@JoshStAubin

A7. The story and message must be consistent but customizing and tweaking is vital to keeping it fresh! #CMworld

@iSocialFanz

@CrowdContent numerical answer: we flex from 5 to 15 on a given project #cmworld

@jesephm

A7. ensure designers know brand guidelines–then task them with coming up with unique campaign looks within those parameters #cmworld

@ohrohin

@JoshStAubin @bldchris Sounds precisely how our @ringo66 works! #CMWorld

@CMIContent

@SFerika Awesome! #cmworld

@lindadessau

@SFerika Hey Erika. We’ll expect a great report on DF14 πŸ™‚ #CMWorld

@mikemyers614

@CMIContent @MaelRoth @ringo66 the orange filter sometimes makes me think I’ve read a post when I haven’t #CMworld

@SFerika

@nmillerbooks I don’t care what mile marker I’m at – you’re not done until you reach the finish line πŸ˜‰ #CMWorld

@JoshStAubin

@tracibrowne Yep, makes sense. #CMWorld

@mikemyers614

Yes @ohrohin us marketers can often be too opinionated, some guidance is good but we’d do well to let designers get on with it #CMWorld

@KDADouglas

@DaveWebb @atxcopywriter @CMIContent I have several slide decks on this, but in short, people CAN do it, they have to choose when. #CMWorld

@kmullett

It is important to find the right designer that understands your vision. #CMWorld

@IAmTakingCharge

@mikemyers614 I need to poke my partner in crime for photos so I can share some of the great ideas we saw! #CMworld

@SFerika

@tracibrowne @lindadessau Oh there’s probably an ill-managed company somewhere that’s done just that #CMWorld

@atxcopywriter

@IAmTakingCharge Couldn’t agree more! #CMWorld

@CMIContent

These workflow related answers really just seem to boil down to the fit of the designer with the client. Fit seems important. #cmworld

@bldchris

@Yaelkochman Ha! πŸ™‚ #CMWorld

@CMIContent

@atxcopywriter @JoshStAubin Definitely! πŸ™‚ #cmworld

@nmillerbooks

A7. with content, vet only the necessary and fast-track the rest. #cmworld

@ohrohin

@SFerika Looking forward to it! #CMWorld

@mikemyers614

@mikemyers614 @SFerika Agree! Looking forward to reading all about this! #CMWorld

@CMIContent

A7 We keep a swipe file of great ideas and make sure to share w/our designers and our brand steward, and have style guide #CMworld

@SFerika

@KDADouglas @ohrohin YES, but my design & copy teams know that I (the marketer) am responsible for how things perform. #cmworld

@mewzikgirl

@CMIContent @vegecomgirl yes x 10000000 #cmworld

@ohrohin

Thanks! @Yaelkochman #CMWorld

@KDADouglas

Original designs usually get better reach-no1 likes to see the same thing over & over. U can alwys make ur brand content consistent #CMWorld

@kelcesarz

A7 A robust brand guide can really help with balancing creativity and consistency (color palette, fonts) πŸ™‚ #cmworld

@nmillerbooks

@SFerika Love this idea! We’ve asked for team to share ideas & talked about group pinterest board for fun ideas. #CMWorld

@cmcphillips

A7 A cliff notes version of a style guide would be useful for employees, colors, fonts, basics…that would help w/compliance #cmworld

@tracibrowne

Q8: What can you do / what are some tools to minimize the back and forth between designers and others on the team? #CMWorld

@SFerika @MaelRoth @ringo66 Interesting – thanks, Erika! #CMWorld

@CMIContent

A7: we’ve found that slowly introducing new branded design elements into marketing is a subtle way of keeping it fresh & consistent #cmworld

@CrowdContent

A7:Instead of making your designs all match-try using a brand hashtag to incorporate w/ your design initiatives to make them fluid. #CMWorld

@ThinkMoncur

Inspirational guides and “swipes” are great and I refer to them often as well @SFerika #CMWorld

@ringo66

@cmcphillips @Pinterest is a great way to share visual ideas/inspiration. I also upload collateral, emails, etc. to Redbooth. #CMworld

@SFerika

A8 Nothing stops the back and forth more than # of revisions in contract before you have to pay extra #cmworld

@tracibrowne

@tracibrowne Why cliff notes, when it can be concise full notes? Too robust can be counter-productive and limiting. #CMWorld

@cmcphillips

A7. You always want to be unique, but you should be able to easily identify a brand’s work without needing to see the logo. #CMWorld

@JoshStAubin

A8) Establish a mutually agreeable schedule and then use collaboration tools and known deadline(s). #cmworld

@bldchris

@tracibrowne …but yes I agree! #CMWorld

@cmcphillips

@gShiftLabs A7 – Dig it! Purpose can inform design, in varying degrees. πŸ™‚ #CMWorld

@PhilDonaldsonNJ

@CMIContent A8. The back and forth is necessary. Constant communication ensures a product everyone can be proud of #CMWorld

@outsider_nyc

@CMIContent Love when our team aggregates all feedback & sends through at once. Easier to get from 1 person & check off the list #CMWorld

@akatrinas

Great ideas spawn even more great ideas… sometimes you have to be aware that you’re not being “hackish!” #CMWorld

@ringo66

A8: I love file sharing programs such as Dropbox. Having a hub for all files between artists & editors is clutch. #CMWorld

@ringo66

A8: a project or design brief that you can all point to w/clear goals and objectives. #guideposts #cmworld

@mewzikgirl

A8b) I like @trello for collaboration (simplicity) and old fashioned phone calls/Skype to summarize/ask questions. #cmworld

@bldchris

A8: We plan for the number of revisions up front to meet the date. Funny how they stop messing with the design when delays loom. #CMWorld

@mikemyers614

Very true @mewzikgirl I think it all comes down to respecting each others craft and doing our best to create synergies πŸ™‚ #CMWorld

@KDADouglas

A7: Arguably, brand guidelines should present a visual norm that, when seen, reminds them of other materials, not duplicates them. #cmworld

@kmullett

Agreed, @bldchris. Mutually agreeable schedules help with coordination of projects. & Keeps everybody envolved. #teamwork #cmworld

@SteffiKowalski

@cmcphillips thinking some will go rouge if they don’t understand…all they need is know what shade of blue & what font for word #cmworld

@tracibrowne

@ringo66 I love this, too. Cut out the emailing and chatter… make items available on demand. #cmworld

@bldchris

@ringo66 Yes! Dropbox or http://t.co/szPlvIYUxq. We also use WeTransfer to transmit content to “outside” teams. #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

@kmullett @atxcopywriter @CMIContent Do you have those decks on Slideshare, Kevin? If so, can you share link? #CMWorld

@DaveWebb

@iSocialFanz you know if you believe your story will grow, watch the fiction some come out with who can’t keep it going lol #CMWorld

@marklongbottom_

@akatrinas Agree – we do that when many of us proof our magazine or research reports. One proj mgr collects/compiles. #CMWorld

@CMIContent

How can you generate User Generated Content for your content marketing plan? #cmworld #CMWorld

@spotlightmkting

It’s subjective! @ringo66: Design doesn’t always have to be analytical. Great design evokes emotion, not just analytics. #CMWorld

@Mahi2weets

@CMIContent A8 Use the project management tools like Asana to monitor all the things.. #CMWorld

@MUmar_Khan

A8. Skype for video calls & screen shares to share design concepts #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

A8. detailed creative briefs. basecamp. walk over to them and check in on how they’re doing. old-fashioned talking = best PM tool #cmworld

@ohrohin

@mikemyers614 can we see how it would look in blue and gold…why yes, but that’s another $500…never mind… #CMWorld

@tracibrowne

@outsider_nyc @CMIContent That was my thought, at least if you’re still getting used to each other. #CMWorld

@atxcopywriter

A8 Use the tools and schedule your designer is comfortable with πŸ™‚ Sometimes freedom and deadlines are all you need. #cmworld

@nmillerbooks

We’ll spend the last 10 minutes asking @ringo66 questions on #contentmarketing & design. Ask questions now! #CMWorld

YES! @ohrohin F2F is the most under utilized tool! #cmworld

@mewzikgirl

@CMIContent @ringo66 LOL! Deadlines: The Ultimate Authority! πŸ˜€ #CMWorld

@PhilDonaldsonNJ

Gotta sneak out early, really good stuff today from everyone, thanks for the chat @CMIContent! #cmworld

@jesephm

A8 – Like most have already mentioned, file sharing tools like Dropbox, teamwork tools like Basecamp, etc. Essential. #cmworld

@gShiftLabs

@tracibrowne Xactly. Just sign here _____________. #CMWorld

@mikemyers614

A8: And then there’s always the good ol’ standby… the Google doc. : ) #CMWorld

@ringo66

@akatrinas @CMIContent That’s smart. And you avoid sending contradictory info. #CMWorld

@atxcopywriter

A8: Conversation. Talk at the beginning to get things started right and any time there’s a question. Talking is so underrated. #CMWorld

@JoshStAubin

@jesephm Thanks, Jeseph! Thrilled you could join us! Thanks for great contributions! #CMWorld

@CMIContent

@mikemyers614 Mentioning, “we didn’t budget for that,” can help at times too. #CMWorld

@tsledzik

Agree! I’m not big on must-have tools in thiis capacity MT @nmillerbooks A8 Use the tools & schedule designer is comfortable with #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

Combine #oldschool & #newschool MT @ohrohin: A8: detailed creative briefs. basecamp & good old-fashioned talking = best PM tool #cmworld

@SteffiKowalski

@mewzikgirl #f2fftw! #cmworld

@ohrohin

A8: Google drive. Able to see where everyone is at, share ideas/links/files, chat, keep it streamlined and in one place. #cmworld

@CrowdContent

A8: We use @Wrike as our main tool (of course) but some sort of collaboration tool is important to save versioning, email overload #cmworld

@RtMixMktg

Q for @ringo66 – What’s one question you’d ask a designer before hiring? #cmworld

@bldchris

@JoshStAubin Love this! #CMWorld

@CMIContent

A8. A phone? lol #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

@vegecomgirl So simple! #CMWorld

@CMIContent

So I joke about orange a bit, @ringo66, but how hard is that day-in and day-out…such a dominant primary color to work with? #CMWorld

@mikemyers614

@CrowdContent Agree – I was a reluctant adopter but now I love it! #CMWorld

@cmcphillips

Q for @ringo66 is it reasonable to ask a designer to create templates you can use DIY going forward? #cmworld

@tracibrowne

@tsledzik Very true. #CMWorld

@mikemyers614

@tracibrowne Oooh… good one. #cmworld

@bldchris

Love these questions for @ringo66! #CMWorld

@CMIContent

β€œ@iSocialFanz: A7. The story and message must be consistent but customizing and tweaking is vital to keeping it fresh! #CMworld”

@magicassistant

.@ohrohin Word. But finding the balance between getting proper face-time and not having too many pointless meets is always tough. #cmworld

@tsledzik

Q for @ringo66: How do you determine who the best point person should be for a designer? Is it the writer, manager or art director? #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

@bldchris Do you like the band KISS? It’s a must-just kidding! Love to get a background… what inspires them. #CMWorld

@ringo66

@cmcphillips same! now it’s like our closet- stores everything #cmworld

@CrowdContent

@DaveWebb hmm, I never posted the 2hr seminar. This one has over 200 AVI tools. http://slidesha.re/1z7NMtk @atxcopywriter @CMIContent #cmworld

@kmullett

@tsledzik i don’t even mean meetings–i mean just a casual f2f. it’s easier at smaller shops where everyone’s familiar w one another #cmworld

@ohrohin

@mikemyers614 Not really anymore… it was at the start, but then becomes a norm. #CMWorld

@ringo66

@ringo66 @bldchris Chiming in…obviously seeing their work, but getting to know them. Personality/connection is critical! #CMWorld

@cmcphillips

@ringo66 I tend to go with “Are you team David Lee Roth or Team Sammy Hagar?” but it’s the same dif…. #cmworld

@bldchris

@bldchris @ringo66 Oh I almost cringed. I have a fear of Paul Stanley. Maybe because we have the same birthday. lol #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

@bldchris @ringo66 Hilarious! Which are you? #CMWorld

@CMIContent

@ohrohin @tsledzik thank you for using f2f instead of IRL! It’s all real life, just not in person. #cmworld

@kmullett

@lindadessau @bldchris @ringo66 Gary Cherone? #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

@kmullett @ohrohin @tsledzik So true πŸ™‚ #cmworld

@lindadessau

@tracibrowne Interesting. Lots of factors to consider. Cost, programs, etc, but it is a reasonable question for a designer. #CMworld

@ringo66

@ohrohin @tsledzik 30 secs of human interaction & sharing is much more powerful than days of solitude! #CMWorld

@JoshStAubin

@CMIContent It’s really a tough call – I guess DLR. But then “For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge” is my fave album and that’s Sammy… #cmworld

@bldchris

@CMIContent @bldchris @ringo66 Mary Ann or Ginger? #CMWorld

@mikemyers614

@ringo66 @tracibrowne Good question, and good to know – thanks! #cmworld

@lindadessau

@bldchris Team Dave!!! But I have to admit, I do slip some Van Hagar on occasionally. #CMWorld

@ringo66

@bldchris @CMIContent Sammy now reminds me of Guy Fieri. Cringeworthy! Vote goes to DLR! #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

@ringo66 Thanks, I often feel guilty/cheap asking for that #CMWorld

@tracibrowne

@vegecomgirl @CMIContent You’re killing me today, Carmella. πŸ™‚ #cmworld

@bldchris

@JoshStAubin @tsledzik it gives me an excuse to befriend the creatives…which makes it easier to ask for favors later #cmworld

@ohrohin

@tracibrowne Also consider the programs that your designer is using. Do you use the same? #CMWorld

@ringo66

@ringo66 @tracibrowne Great question. Another would be is what you’re making templatable (or should it be)? BTW, is that a word? #CMWorld

@mikemyers614

Need to scoot for a 1:00 p.m. call. Thanks @ringo66 and @CMIContent and all for another great chat! See you next week πŸ™‚ #cmworld

@lindadessau

@bldchris @CMIContent lol. I’m awful, I know! #cmworld

@vegecomgirl

@tracibrowne @ringo66 But don’t you think if they know that up front and aren’t blindsided? They can always say no. #CMWorld

@cmcphillips

Thanks @lindadessau! #CMWorld

@ringo66

@mikemyers614 We use templated or templatable as words all the time. πŸ™‚ #cmworld

@mewzikgirl

@mikemyers614 I vote “yes” on templatable. #cmworld

@bldchris

@lindadessau Thanks, Linda! Enjoy the rest of your week! #CMWorld

@CMIContent

@vegecomgirl @bldchris @CMIContent Eww. Good call. #CMWorld

@kelcesarz

@ringo66 Do you think it’s fair to always ask for more than one treatment/option for each project #cmworld

@RtMixMktg

@mikemyers614 @tracibrowne It’s as much of a word as “Rocktober” is! #CMWorld

@ringo66

@mewzikgirl Oh, whew. Glad someone else is…makes me feel better. Tks. #CMWorld

@mikemyers614

@ringo66 yes, that’s another problem…what program should non-design people get? Adobe full products are overkill for me #cmworld

@tracibrowne

@DaveWebb @atxcopywriter @CMIContent I will see what I did with the 2hr training seminar, learn to get visual, deck. #CMWorld

@kmullett

@ohrohin No, I’m with you. If it’s inter-team, run down the hall. If it’s outside client, quick phone calls works the same. #CMWorld

@tsledzik

@RtMixMktg Yep. Very fair as long as you lay that out in the planning stage with your designer! #CMWorld

@ringo66

@ringo66 @mikemyers614 @tracibrowne You’re on a roll! #CMWorld

@cmcphillips

I guess I was wrong about not saying much this week πŸ™‚ #CMWorld
