Erica Gunn is the Director of Marketing Operations at Nordstrom.  Focused on a highly personalized marketing strategy, Erica supports the organization in reaching the right customer with the right content through the right channel to provide an exceptional customer experience. She is passionate about leveraging innovative technology solutions and a data-driven approach to automate and scale the planning and execution engine.  With expertise in enterprise portfolio and resource management, Erica has also held leadership roles in Nordstrom’s technology organization and in portfolio and business management offices at The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
