Mark Hamill’s career has encompassed all aspects of entertainment including stage, screen, television and new media. He as role of Luke Skywalker in George Lucas’ original Star Wars trilogy which includes The Empire Strikes Back and The Return of the Jedi. Mark is also world-renowned for his BAFTA winning work as DC's iconic villain the Joker; A role he has portrayed more than any other actor in both animation and video games.
Most recently he can be seen along side Colin Firth, Mark Strong, Michael Caine and Samuel L. Jackson in Matthew Vaughn’s Kingsman: The Secret Service. He has recently reprised his role as the Trickster on CW’s hit TV Show The Flash.
Hamill’s other main feature film credits include: Corvette Summer, Samuel Fuller's The Big Red One, Britannia Hospital, Slipstream, Village of the Damned, Hamilton, Walking Across Egypt, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, and Sushi Girl.
An experienced theatre actor he has appeared in several Broadway productions including: The Elephant Man, Amadeus (also First National Tour directed by Sir Peter Hall), Michael Stewart's Harrigan n' Hart, The Nerd, Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks, and the Roundabout Theatre production of Room Service directed by Alan Arkin.
Hamill is also a prolific voice‐over artist and has performed in countless television cartoons, feature films and video games. His work as The Joker in the Arkham Asylum video game trilogy were both critical and commercial triumphs, generating billions in revenue.
