Mike Foley leads the marketing science lab, which uses EMC big data technology to provide predictive analytics for EMC marketing campaigns. By blending data that gives an unparalleled view of the customer, (such as marketing response, contacts, past purchases, social media, installed products telemetric data, company firmographics, competitive intelligence, online behavior and media usage) the lab uses machine learning techniques to segment customers, develop relevant messaging and target prospects with high precision.
