Todd McClain is the CMO of Digital Markets at Gartner, comprised of three brands - Capterra, Software
Advice and GetApp - who are the leading online software review and research destinations dedicated to
helping small businesses choose the right software. He is responsible for the overall marketing strategy and oversees all marketing operations across the brands. This includes direct marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition with a strong focus on content marketing and customer experience strategies. Prior to his current role, Todd was the VP of Customer Acquisition and Marketing at TripAdvisor, and was the VP of North America Marketing at Vistaprint, respectively. Prior to joining Vistaprint, Todd held database marketing and analytics positions at WearGuard (now Aramark) and HealthAct. Todd is a graduate of the Tuck Executive Program from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He earned his B.A. in statistics from Castleton University.
