Agencies and Content Marketing: A #CMWorld Twitter Chat

Maybe you own an agency. Maybe you work for one. Or maybe you work with one. No matter where you stand, we can all agree. We marketers need to practice what we preach.

Do we face challenges? Of course. But in CMI’s latest research report, Agency Content Marketing 2019: Benchmarks, Budgets, and Trends, we found agencies are progressing in their use of content marketing. In fact, the vast majority of respondents said they had a content marketing strategy. Good news for sure.

So how are leading agency pros using content marketing to attract and retain their own audiences? We invited Susan Baier, Tom Martin, and Drew McLellan to the #CMWorld Twitter chat to find out. What follows is a brief look at our discussion with the CMWorld community.
