CMWorld will be organized in accordance with Informa’s AllSecure health and safety standard. As the world’s leading events’ organizer, Informa has developed a detailed set of enhanced measures to provide the highest levels of hygiene and safety at its events, providing everyone with reassurance and confidence they are participating in a safe and controlled environment.

Placing your safety at the heart of our events

When you join our event, you can expect to see that health and safety is a priority, and that a range of measures are in place to ensure everyone involved is able to enjoy a safe, hygienic, productive and high-quality organized event experience.

All Informa events will be run according to official government and local authority guidance in the first instance, as well as any venue or location-specific regulations. In addition, all Informa events will follow the ten Informa AllSecure priority commitments.

In addition, all participants and support staff will be required to provide proof of full vaccination or negative test administered within 72 hours prior to arriving at the event. Participants must show a hard copy or photo of their COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or negative test result at the registration counter in order to receive their show badge. Those who are unable to provide this documentation will need to arrange a test locally, and only those who test negative will be allowed entry into the event. While masks are currently not mandatory in Cleveland, we are strongly encouraging everyone to wear one. All staff will be required to wear them while interfacing with customers.

The city of Cleveland is committed to giving you a safe and warm welcome with its Clean Committed program and the Huntington Convention Center showcases their  health and safety updates below.

Additional Health, Safety & Security Terms & Conditions

We continue to monitor CDC, state and local health authority guidelines and are in constant communication with Cleveland Convention Center health officials as we finalize the details for our September event.  All information above is current as of September 17, 2021.   In the event any guideline changes, we will notify all pre-registered participants and support staff directly and update our web site accordingly.
