Kathleen Diamantakis is Managing Director of Strategy for T Brand at The New York Times, where she holds responsibilities across T Brand Studio, Agency Services, experience agency Fake Love, and influencer marketing agency HelloSociety.
Diamantakis joined The Times in 2018 as a veteran of the creative agency world. Most recently, she was at Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal (KBS) as Chief Strategy Development Officer and previously Co-Chief Strategy Officer. She co-created the agency’s integrated strategy practice and oversaw a team of 50 brand, content, social, data & analytics, and digital strategists. Before that, Diamantakis was at Ogilvy & Mather as Senior Partner, Group Planning Director and the head of its youth marketing practice, Tribe. She has won multiple industry awards.
Prior to advertising, Diamantakis was a management consultant at Monitor Group and a software engineer, having earned her degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.
Diamantakis serves on the Board of Directors for She Runs It and is an industry speaker at events like The 3% Conference. She is also Co-Founder of the On Behalf Organization, a group dedicated to raising a generation without hurtful bias.
