So when a small business comes to us, and they say “Why should we blog? Why should we create content?” We just want to keep it simple and say “Gain or Retain”. You create content in all its forms, whether that’s through blogs, or Facebook, or Twitter, or whatever else you can think of, in order to attract new customers – gain, or keep the customers you have – retain, or hopefully up-sell and cross-sell to them. So if you are thinking of why you should actually create a blog and execute a blog in a consistent way, we want to attract or retain customers – we want to gain or retain them – and we can do that through valuable, compelling and relevant content on a consistent basis.
