Content Marketing World 2020 Virtual Event

Big news! Content Marketing World is going 100% virtual. We’re looking forward to bringing you a digital event like you’ve never seen! The dates will remain the same: October 13-16, 2020. Having spent the past year preparing for the event with our speakers, exhibitors and event partners, we’re genuinely disappointed not to be able to host you in person, but the experience and safety of our community and everyone involved in the event continues to be our top priority. We’re looking through our orange-colored glasses at the great opportunities this virtual environment will provide to our amazing community. We’re hard at work on our end creating the epic CMI experience we’ve given our community for the past 10 years, and this year will be no different. From the best speakers covering every aspect of content marketing, to opportunities to network with our technology sponsors and event partners who may be the perfect solution for your needs in 2020 and beyond, we think you’ll love what we’re putting together.

How much does it cost to attend Content Marketing World 2020?

Regular price is $699 for a virtual pass. A virtual plus pass is available for $799 and includes the choice of one workshop or industry forum. We are also offering an all-access virtual pass, which includes the main conference keynotes and access to all our workshops and industry forums for $999.

How do I change my forum or workshop selection?

If you have an all-access virtual pass, you have access to every forum or workshop. If you have a main conference plus virtual pass and would like to change your selection, please email cmi_registration@informa.com to request changes to your registration. If you have a main conference pass, you do not have access to forums or workshops. If you’d like to purchase an add-on to your pass, please email cmi_registration@informa.com

Will you offer live streaming?

Yes, our virtual passes will offer a live streaming component in conjunction with our pre-recorded sessions. This will include keynotes and some breakout sessions.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer discounts for groups of 4, or more – the more people who join us, the bigger your discount! Please note only one discount code is valid per registrant. For groups of 4 – 9 please register all attendees at the same time via our online registration platform. Once you add the fourth person to your group a 10% discount will automatically be taken off your total. We also offer a limited number of discounts to approved non-profit organizations & those currently attending or employed by an academic institution. For groups of 10 or more looking for a dedicated discount code, or for any other questions on discounts, please contact cmi_registration@informa.com.

When I pay by credit card, what company name will show up on my statement?

The company name on your statement will read Content Marketing World.

What is the refund policy?

You may cancel your participation at any time but please be aware of the event cancellation policy listed below.

If you cancel on or before August 17, 2020, you will be refunded your registration fee less a 10% processing fee.

If you cancel after August 17, 2020, you will not be eligible for a refund, but may send someone in your place.

All Fees must be paid by September 18, 2020.

Can I send a substitute in my place?

You may send a substitute in your place at any time. You may email cmi_registration@informa.com for substitution information.

Will I receive event updates?

Yes, Content Marketing Institute will send emails periodically to update you on the agenda, event happenings and logistics. Please make sure that the email address cmi_registration@informa.com is in your safe senders list to ensure you are receiving all important event information.

How can I submit to speak at Content Marketing World 2020?

Our 2020 event will be held October 13-16. The call for speakers is now CLOSED. There are no late entries accepted. Entry deadline was December 20, 2019.  Please email cmi_speakers@ubm.com if you have any questions but please note, presentations will not be accepted via email.

What is the difference between Content Marketing World and ContentTECH Summit?

Depending on your role, both events might be a great fit for you! That said, there are a few key differences between the two events. ContentTECH Summit focuses on the effective use of technology, and how that can help content marketing efforts by making content more visible, giving customers better experiences. Attendees include CMOs, CTOs, enterprise marketing leaders, and anyone working at the convergence of marketing and technology. At Content Marketing World (October), we cover every aspect of content marketing including content creation, visual storytelling, branded content, content distribution, demand gen and more (20+ more topics, to be exact!). Attendees include brand and agency content marketing practitioners in any function.
