Regular price is $1,399 for main conference access. Workshops are additional and available only to main conference attendees. Industry Forum price is $699 and can be purchased as a stand-alone item. We are also offering an All-Access Pass, which includes the conference, a workshop, and an Industry Forum for $2,399.

Yes, at this time we are offering a Virtual Pass that will include livestreaming of some keynote and general sessions for those who can not be there in person. The Virtual Pass will also include recorded breakout sessions available after the event and virtual networking opportunities.
We offer discounts if attendees register early. Please visit our registration page to see our timeline. We offer discounts for groups of 4, or more; the more people you bring, the bigger your discount! Please note only one discount code is valid per registrant. For groups of 4 – 9 please register all attendees at the same time via our online registration platform. Once you add the fourth person to your group a 10% discount will automatically be taken off your total. A main conference registration includes an opening night reception with light appetizers; continental breakfast, lunch and a reception with light appetizers on Wednesday; and continental breakfast and lunch on Thursday. Industry Forum pass holders receive a continental breakfast and lunch on Friday. Workshop participants will receive beverages on Tuesday afternoon.
You may cancel your participation at any time but please be aware of the event cancellation policy listed below.
If you cancel before July 30, 2021, you will be refunded your registration fee less a 10% processing fee.
If you cancel on or after July 30, 2021, you will not be eligible for a refund, but may send someone in your place.
All Fees must be paid by August 27, 2021
Refunds are not available for no-shows. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitute in your place.

Conference attire is business casual for all events, including the evening events. We do recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket with you since personal preferences vary regarding room temperature. With our event being six weeks later than in previous years, you’ll definitely need warmer clothes here in Cleveland.
