Packing List
Conference attire is business casual, but you may consider packing:
- A sweater or light jacket since personal preferences vary regarding room temperature
- Running shoes or yoga pants if you’re interested in joining us for a morning workout
- Your favorite team shirt to get into the spirit at our Extra Innings Party (all sports welcome!)
- Friendship bracelets to trade with fellow attendees
- A reusable water bottle to help you stay hydrated and support our sustainability initiatives
- Orange shirts, pants, shoes, or accessories (wearing orange is a CMWorld tradition!)
Mobile App
Planning your agenda is faster and easier with the official mobile app!
Download the app here or search for TMRE x CMWorld x LIONS in the app store. You must log in with the email you used to register for the conference. After you enter your email, you’ll be prompted to create a password.
Complimentary wi-fi will be available. Details will be printed on the back of your badge.
You can build your agenda in the app, but note that seating is first come, first serve, so arrive early to sessions that you would like to attend.

Meals
Your conference pass includes breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday, with a variety of options available from food stations and trucks throughout the show floor. A menu and map will be posted shortly.
Attending workshops on Wednesday? A grab-and-go lunch will also be provided.
Accessibility
- Captioning: Available on all stages through your own device. Choose from 60+ languages to read live captions or listen to audio.
- Gender-Inclusive Restrooms: All single-occupant restrooms are designated as gender-neutral.
- Zen Den: Need a quiet moment? Take a break and recharge in Room 101.
- Mothers Room: Located in Lower Lobby A, near Room 102.
- Baby on Board: Expectant mothers can pick up a pin at Registration for line-skip access throughout the event.
