CONFERENCE THEME
This year’s theme is Insights to Impact.
For the first time, Content Marketing World will be held alongside TMRE: The Market Research Event and content from LIONS brands Effie, WARC, and Contagious — bringing marketers and insights teams together in a shared experience built around one idea: turning insight into impact.
PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS
We know you are pros at this, but we’ve included a few speaker guidelines to keep in mind as you prepare. Your audience will have high expectations and, well, so do we!
- Breakout sessions are 30 minutes long.
- Aim to deliver a 25-minute presentation with 5 minutes for Q&A.
- Your presentation must be in a PowerPoint document, in 16:9 aspect ratio. If you would need to build your slides in Keynote or Google Slides, please export it as a PowerPoint (this is the preference) or a PDF.
- Please note that PDF versions of all presentations will be made available to attendees via the app during and after the conference.
- We encourage you to put your contact information on your last slide if you’d like attendees to follow up or connect with you. Please note, we cannot share attendee information with speakers due to Informa’s privacy policy.
- Each room will have a confidence monitor available for your use.
- You may use any style of slides for your presentation. If you wish to use the CMWorld PowerPoint template, coming soon.
- When your presentation is ready you will upload it to our AV platofrm.
- FINAL presentations are due by Wednesday, September 24, 2026.
PRESENTATION TIPS
Attendees want to leave your session with actionable takeaways. Try to answer: What was your challenge? What did you do? How did it work? How can my brand do this too?
We’ve all lived and worked through extraordinary times. But let’s stay focused on important future trends that marketers need to be thinking about and working on now.
Please don’t cite any research that is more than one year old, and credit the original source in your presentation slides. Trends change quickly, so current information is critical.
Please support our diversity and inclusion efforts by ensuring your presentation photos and graphics reflect our diverse community. This guide outlines how to use inclusive language to avoid biases, slang, or expressions that exclude certain groups based on age, race, ethnicity, disability, gender, or sexual orientation.
Use visual storytelling as much as possible by including more pictures (and fewer words) on your slides.
Include your name, job title, and preferred contact information on your final slide so attendees can reach out after your session with additional questions or comments.
